Andrew Wigglesworth

Andrew Wigglesworth currently serves as Senior Advisor after leading the firm’s health care practice from 2014 to 2025. Andrew brings a wealth of health care policy knowledge to engagements on behalf of the firm’s health and human services clients. During his career, Mr. Wigglesworth served as CEO of multiple health care organizations as well as a top health policy advisor in state government. Mr. Wigglesworth was the head of MedicAlert Foundation, an international organization based in California that pioneered the use of medical ID products. He also was a partner at TRG Healthcare LLC where he worked with hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations on strategic planning, governance, and public policy development. As CEO of the Delaware Valley Healthcare Council for 12 years, Mr. Wigglesworth was a forceful advocate for hospitals in Pennsylvania and created several independent organizations that complemented the priorities of DVHC, focusing on patient safety and quality assurance initiatives, business opportunities in international medicine, and reducing energy-related operating expenses. Mr. Wigglesworth also has served as a top health policy advisor to the Governor of Maryland and was Senior Vice President of the Maryland Hospital Association.
